While showcasing cmNavigo MES at Semicon Taiwan 2011 in Taipei, Critical Manufacturing announces its new Branch Office in Taiwan. Part of Critical Manufacturing Asian operations, through the group subsidiary in China, the branch office will support the growing list customers in the region. Located in Hsinchu, is one of the world's most significant areas for high-tech manufacturing with more than 400 high-tech companies, mainly involved in the semiconductor, computer, telecommunication, and optoelectronics industries.
In charge of the branch office, will be Nelson Tsai. “Our cmNavigo Productivity Suite with its MES and Equipment Integration and Analysis solutions is generating a significant recognition. Despite the proximity to Suzhou and the strong partnership we have in Taiwan, it was essential for Critical Manufacturing to have its own engineers to support both the running projects and the sales activities” says Yong-Wun Lau, Critical Manufacturing’s China MD. “Nelson has a very important background in Manufacturing IT including MES and Automation, and will be of significant value added to our company” he adds.
